Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service being provided in the first 30 days after service delivery we will offer a complete refund for the monthly services which were billed and any long distance that was not used. 

 

Refunds for equipment purchased will be provided upon return of the equipment. 

 

Service refunds are for the last month of services and the client must cancel and request a refund within 30 days of service start date.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

The services being provided are not on a term contract and the client may cancel at any time by sending a cancellation request to cancel@countrycomm.net

 

All cancelation requests must include:

  • the client's name

  • account number (phone number for service)

  • effective date and reason for termination 

  • All cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the end of the current billing period in order to take effect before the next billing period.
