The
Phone Service
Our
Phone
service
routes
a
user’s incoming and outgoing
phone
calls over
their
existing internet
connection
instead
of
using
a
traditional telephone
line.
It
is
important
to
note
that
even
though the
service
uses
the
existing internet connection
it
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
users
P.C.
or
Laptop
and neither needs
to
be
turned
on
to
use
our
voice
services.
A
user
simply
plugs
a
regular phone
into the
phone
adaptor that we provide;
the user’s phone then works exactly like a regular
telephone.
To Use
the Service
To
utilize
the
service,
a high-speed
internet
connection,
either cable or DSL
broadband is
required as is a
regular
home
phone handset.
To
make out-going calls
use
the
phone
as
you
would
any
other
phone;
for incoming calls
the
phone
will
ring when
someone dials
the
phone
your personal
assigned number – just as you would expect regular
landline service to operate.
Do I
need to sign a contract?
No
contracts are required; the service will be month to
month and billed in advance until cancelled or
terminated.
About Billing
Services are billed to a credit card one (1) month in
advance. Your services continue until you cancel or are
disconnected.
Who May
Use the Service?
This
service is provided for LiveXchange home based agents
and can be used for all calls to and from the home
including personal calls. The service may not be
utilized for auto-dialing and continuous or extensive
call forwarding, telemarketing, fax or voicemail
broadcasting or voicemail blasting purposes |
